I used to blog and write drafts and never publish them. I am super shy about sharing my life and what we do. So as I publish new things I will try to remember that this is like a public diary. A place for me to keep track of my crazy life, with 4 cats, a husband and a toddler (for now). New things today.... Crochet, Knitting, Sewing, Cast Iron, trying to figure out how to cook almost everything from scratch and keeping my sanity.
Please note... photography is not one of those things... I am not a photographer so I will not boast about my super photography skills because I do NOT have them. We leave that to my bff.
So here we go.
Step One!
Peasant bread. Which should be called "PLEASANT BREAD" because it is such a pleasure to make.

The Only thing I do towards of the baking process is a open up my oven and put butter on the top of my loaves. It is pretty AMAZING!
The reason I am posting about this today is because I have plans to prep Mason jars (did I mention I LOVE MASONS JARS <3 nbsp="" p="">
So here goes my test for the week. I will bake every other day using a mix. so next Wednesday I will hopefully prep again.
